Please create a new database, click on the Import/Select import module menu. Select Fidelity from the import module list.
Go to the Fidelity Account Management, click on the Accounts and Trade menu and select Portfolio. Click on the History and download the csv file.
It should have the following header:

Go back to the TradingDiary Pro and click on the Import/Import – Fidelity menu and load the previously saved file.
